Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the GAUGE mobile application and related services operated by GAUGE.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GAUGE provides style recommendations, size suggestions, wardrobe management tools, outfit building tools, shopping recommendations with affiliate links, and optional AI chat assistance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

Payments are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). GAUGE does not process or store payment information. Subscription management is done through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google following their policies. GAUGE cannot issue refunds.
You retain ownership of photos, measurements, wardrobe items, and other content you upload.
You grant GAUGE a non-exclusive worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the app. This includes sending content to third-party AI processors when required to provide the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
You agree not to upload content that:

GAUGE uses third-party AI services to analyze images and text. You acknowledge that:
GAUGE may earn commissions from affiliate purchases. GAUGE is not responsible for third-party products, services, policies, or transactions.
The app and its content (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by GAUGE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app. You may not:

All recommendations and size suggestions are informational only. GAUGE does not guarantee fit, accuracy, or product availability.
To the extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold GAUGE and its personnel harmless from claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. You may also request account deletion in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
Your rights to use the app end immediately. We may delete your data unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction associated with your country or region of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, unresolved disputes may be handled through binding arbitration unless local law prohibits mandatory arbitration for consumers. You may have additional rights depending on your region.
Apple prohibits mandatory arbitration for users in regions where it is not allowed. This clause is compliant.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and GAUGE.
If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Not enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights. GAUGE may assign these Terms as allowed by law.
