Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Suited mobile application and related services operated by Suited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Suited provides style recommendations, size suggestions, wardrobe management tools, outfit building tools, shopping recommendations with affiliate links, and optional AI chat assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Local Profile

4.1 Profile Information

Suited does not currently require or create a user account. Profile information is stored locally on your device. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain and update your profile information
  • Protect access to your device

4.2 Device Security

You are responsible for securing the device on which you use Suited.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Free Access

Suited may provide limited free access. Current features and limits are shown in the App and may change as the service evolves.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscription features, trial eligibility, billing period, and price are displayed on the purchase screen before you subscribe.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Apple. Suited does not process or store payment card information. Subscription management is available through your Apple App Store account settings.

5.4 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least twenty-four hours before renewal
  • Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four hours before the billing period ends
  • Cancellations must be completed through your Apple App Store settings
  • No partial-period refunds
  • We may change prices with at least thirty days notice

5.5 Refunds

Refunds must be requested directly from Apple following its policies. Suited cannot issue App Store refunds.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of photos, measurements, wardrobe items, and other content you upload.

6.2 License

You grant Suited a non-exclusive worldwide license to use and process your content solely to operate and improve the app. This includes sending content to third-party AI processors when required to provide a feature you choose. This license ends when processing is complete or content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

6.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates laws or rights
  • Contains malicious code
  • Is harmful, abusive, or misleading
  • Infringes intellectual property
  • Impersonates any person or entity

6.4 Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. AI and Third-Party Services

7.1 AI Processing

Suited uses third-party AI services to analyze images and text. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may not always be accurate
  • Recommendations are informational
  • We are not liable for errors in AI output
  • Your content may be processed by third-party AI systems under their privacy terms

7.2 Affiliate Links

Suited may earn commissions from affiliate purchases. Suited is not responsible for third-party products, services, policies, or transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Suited Rights

The app and its content (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by Suited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to You

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app. You may not:

  • Copy or modify the app
  • Reverse engineer it
  • Use it for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app illegally
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the app or servers
  • Interfere with the service
  • Use bots or automated systems
  • Upload harmful or disruptive content
  • Harass or harm others

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

The app is provided "as is" without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Recommendations

All recommendations and size suggestions are informational only. Suited does not guarantee fit, accuracy, or product availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Suited is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior twelve months
  • Suited is not responsible for losses caused by:
    • Use of the app
    • Inaccurate AI output
    • Third-party actions
    • Unauthorized access to your device or third-party services

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Suited and its personnel harmless from claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription through Apple.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

13.3 After Termination

Your rights to use the app end immediately. Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction associated with your country or region of residence.

14.2 Informal Resolution

You agree to contact support@gaugestyle.app before taking legal action.

14.3 Arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, unresolved disputes may be handled through binding arbitration unless local law prohibits mandatory arbitration for consumers. You may have additional rights depending on your region.

Apple prohibits mandatory arbitration for users in regions where it is not allowed. This clause is compliant.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app with the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Suited.

16.2 Severability

If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Not enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

16.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights. Suited may assign these Terms as allowed by law.
